Popular Nigerian musician, Simi, has welcomed a second child with her husband, singer Adekunle Gold.
Simi announced the baby’s arrival in a viral Instagram post on Wednesday evening.
Sharing their maternity photos, the songstress disclosed that she birthed the child on March 10 2026.
Dismissing earlier speculation that she had welcomed a set of twins in January, Simi tagged herself “mommy of two” while Adekunle also commented “Daddy of two”.
She wrote “+1. 3.10.26. God bless my little family. Mommyof2.”
The music couple did not reveal the baby’s name and gender.
The post quickly drew reactions from celebrities and well-wishers, who flooded the comments section to celebrate the couple.
Actress and billionaire daughter, Temi Otedola, commented: “Beautiful congratulations!!”
