President Tinubu Wants Sustained Peace, Security In Niger Delta – Otuaro

The Administrator, Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro says President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was committed to maintaining the current peace and security in the Niger Delta.

Otuaro spoke on Tuesday, when he visited HRM Felix Mujakperuo, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, in Delta State.

He noted that the PAP office under his leadership will continue to promote sustainable peace and security in Niger Delta region.

The strategic visit was part of his ongoing efforts to engage stakeholders for peace and security in the Niger Delta.

He also emphasized on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to regional reforms and development.

Otuaro stressed on the critical role of traditional institutions in sustaining peace and security.

The PAP boss noted the significant achievements made since he assumed office.

In his response, the Orodje of Okpe expressed gratitude for Otuaro’s recognition of traditional institutions and encouraged him to continue his innovative leadership for the region’s peace and progress
