Socialite and the Chief Executive Director of Aladewe Investments, Otunba Yomi Akingbade has felicitated with the new President of Rotary Club Oregun, Rotarian (Dr) Olumayowa Abiodun Adeyinka.
Adeyinka, who is been installed as the 40th president of the prestigious Club is a distinguished seasoned insurance professional with over 30 years of cognate experience in marketing and insurance. She held a superlative reception for guest and well wishers on Saturday 19, October 2024 at the Country Club Ikeja, Lagos State.
The change of baton from Rotarian Folusho Ayo Ajayi, the outgoing president to Rotarian (Dr) Olumayowa Abiodun Adeyinka the new president was witnessed by array of digitaries like Otunba Yomi AKingbade, Kehinde M.J Oteje who was the keynote speaker of the day, HRH, Oba DR Olukunmi Olusesan Akingbola Ikudoro 1, the Olu of Oregunland Ikeja, Rotarian Sir, Kola Osinoiki, Rotarian Chief Omotunde Lawson,Rotarian Kola Okunlola, Presidents of Rotary Clubs in Lagos and Ogun state, Rotary members, partners, and community leaders. The meeting was very rich by Rotary standard. There was equally unlimited fun.
The event was marked by an atmosphere of celebration and anticipation, with speeches, recognitions, and the unveiling of strategic initiatives to foster sustainable growth and positive change in Lagos and beyond.
In her inaugural address, the newly installed president, Rotarian (Dr) Olumayowa Abiodun Adeyinka, outlined her ambitious vision for the Rotary Club of Oregun.
She emphasised the club’s dedication to enhancing community welfare through strategic interventions and partnerships.
