Otunba Yomi Akingbade, the Chief Executive Officer of Aladewe Investments, has won the News Connect Magazine ‘Most Influential Entrepreneur of the year award.
The award, which was presented at the 3rd anniversary of the reputable magazine, was in recognition of Otunba Akingbade’s outstanding career-long achievements and contributions to the society.
The award which took place at First Molac Hotel, Akure with the theme, ‘Treachery Looting: Nigeria and the Cleavages of Corruption’, had the Keynote address delivered by Prof Isaac Aladegbola, Deputy Vice Chancellor Crawford University and the guest lecturer, Prof Olukayode Arogundade, Former ASUU chairman, Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti.
Speaking in appreciation of the award, Otunba Yomi Akingbade, who was represented by Aladewe Investments company’s Director General Business Strategy, Mr. Fisayomi Ajibola said the company and its conglomerates are unwavering in helping the less privileged with its foundation named Otunba Yomi Akingbade Foundation and also its annual medical outreach for the elderly.
