As the EndBadGovernance enters its second day on Friday, protesters shut the main gate of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital.

Trooping out out in large number, the protesters moved in droves from Pleasure Park along Aba Road to NDDC gate.
Displaying placards with different inscriptions, including “We Are Saying No To High Fuel Price, Food Price, Hunger and Bad Governance,” “We Deserve Better Living,” among others, demanded better administration of the nation’s affairs.
They said they would never be silenced by intimidation from security agencies.
One of their expectations is that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should reverse the pump price which they Believe would have ripple effect on others things particularly food items.
Addressing the protesters, the state Commissioner of Police, Olatunji Disu appealed to the protesters, who are mostly youths, to maintain the peaceful manner I. Which they are expressing their grievances.
He noted that as it is important for the protesters to exercise their right to protest, so it is to respect the rights of those who do not participate in the protest.
